    PROMOCIONES COSTA-CERO, S.L. began its activity in Murcia in 1997 after a long experience in the building field. Its main objective is new promotion development, construction building and marketing of residencial developments & houses.

      During the last years, the company's strategy aims have focused on economic growth and geographical expansion, Promociones Costa-Cero, S.L. committed itself to expandion, due to the success of our products, south of Madrid in cities such as Fuenlabrada, Humanes, Gruiñón y Serranillos del Valle. We have also expanded all along the Mediterranean coast from Levante to the Andalusian zone, having consolidated in such prestigious areas as Marbella or Mijas-Costa.

        Our product is focused on the habitual dwelling, not ruling out the second home and having in mind both tourists and investors as our main clients in the Mediterranean area.
